Description - What to expect
The art of pairing the right wine with the right food is something that takes years to truly master. Our wine specialist will familiarise you with the history of each grape variety and its cultivation with its unique characteristics. Right from fermentation to bottling and final labeling, practically every step of Greece-wine making is discussed. The most awaited part is when our guests savor the different delicious varieties of wines accompanied by local cheese.You will taste 4 different varieties of wine, from which the 2 are local wines and the rest are from 2 other islands of the North Aegean region. The wines will be accompanied by local delights, carefully paired with your wine. While you enjoy your wine tasting tour the sun is setting, painting with all the shades of red the Chios straits, creating an enchanting view.
