Description - What to expect
Your Kalamata fishing trip starts with a friendly welcome, and a short briefing on safety requirements while on your trip. Sail from Kalamata port to locate your first fishing ground with the assistance of GPS and landmark bearings. Whilst still dark drop for groupers one long line of 150 hooks by using sardine bite waiting for a big game!In the meantime, practice various fishing techniques including drop line, trawling line, or vira-vira for surface fishes. Depending on the season and time of the day you can catch bottom fishes like red snappers, breams, and fishes of the grouper family. Surface fishes include tunas, mackerels, squids, etc. Even if you have no experience with fishing you will have help and instructions from Peter, a veteran fisherman.
Taste raw fillets of your fresh catch marinated in lemon juice and topped with our extra virgin olive oil, chopped chilies, and parsley or fresh oregano, accompanied with local wine or ouzo or a cold beer.

An ocean class 50 ft boat, rebuild 2018, reliable and innovative combining superior quality and modern design. The interior is made of selected oak woods and traditional craftsmanship with a focus on details. Both the construction and every detail meet the high demands of safety, manoeuvrability, speed and comfort. All equipment on the boat as the engine, rigging and winches come from the leading world manufacturers. Even in rough weather, the boat is responding superbly.Her interior offers a very spacious saloon seating of up to 12 persons around one big saloon table. Two triple ensuites (with heads) cabins are offered to our guests during our daily trips. The boat is equipped with all the modern and necessary navigational equipment such as GPS-Plotter-Echo sounder-VHF DSC. She is equipped with DVD player, TV, and sound system. She has a very big cockpit that offers to seat up to 20 persons with a convenient swim ladder and gas BBQ. Photovoltaic panels and wind generators make her power autonomous. All deck is covered with Burma teak wood a luxury for the eyes and sunbathing on deck. She is certified to carry 25 persons on her daily trips.
