Vintage Routes Crete

Vintage Routes Crete was founded in 2013 and is managed by the owner Georgios Mastrakoulis.
Georgios has an extensive career in the hospitality industry having worked in Greece, Germany and Ireland for leading 5-star hotels before returning to his native Crete and founding Vintage Routes Crete. Georgios is fluent in English, Spanish & German and has been known to also deliver his tours through French. He has attained WSET accreditation level 3 in Wine & Spirits.
Georgios and the rest of the team at Vintage Routes are passionate about giving our guests an authentic and unforgettable experience. Georgios is born and raised in Heraklion, Crete and it brings him enormous pride to share the best of his homeland with his guests.

We are extremely proud of the long tradition of winemaking in Crete and the nutritional value of the Cretan diet and it is our pleasure to share it with our guests. Our exclusive tours always use Cretan wine as a starting point, and along with the best of local cuisine bring our guests on a sensory journey of tradition & culture.
