Description - What to expect

Your Stockholm hiking trails tour starts from the city center at 9.00 am with a short drive to the starting point. Upon your arrival, make sure you are appropriately dressed, and off you go with your guide leading your way.

Listen to your instructor and learn about the Scandinavian forests and their wild animals. Hike deep inside the woodland and discover some fantastic scenes until you break for lunch around noon. You will help to build a fire and cook your lunch. Then, time for a hot cup of tea or coffee.

As the sun sets on the horizon, you will have the chance for another hike in the forest, this time watching around you to spot animals daring out of their nests in search of food. If the temperature is right, you will even have the opportunity to walk on the iced surface of a frozen lake before your hiking trails tour comes to an end.
