Sofia Highlights Itinerary

◾ The Bells
Start your Sofia highlights tour with a convenient pick-up from your centrally located hotel and head to Vitosha mountain to see the city from above and admire incredible views. Next, head to one of the most interesting and significant monuments from the Communist era park "The Bells". The park was constructed in 1979 by the daughter of the last Communist leader of Bulgaria through an initiative called "The flag of peace". Children from both sides of The Iron curtain were meeting each other and making bells which are presented in the park.

◾ National Museum of History
Continue your Sofia highlights journey with a visit to the National History Museum. This will be a great introduction to Bulgarian history. You will learn how intense was life in the Balkans and how ancient is Bulgaria.

◾ Ancient Serdica Archaeological Complex
