The farm is the perfect setting, ideally set on the slopes of Mt Pelion, overlooking the Pagasitikos Gulf. Get welcomed with a drink and tour the organic garden to appreciate the harmony and beauty the place has to offer and collect ingredients you will need for your cooking class.

You will learn how to cook a traditional Pelion recipe, “Meatballs in tomato sauce”. Knead the meatballs, prepare fresh tomato sauce and serve them with traditional local pasta “hilopites”. Set the table and complete your meal with traditional “Batzina”, an original zucchini pie from the region of Thessaly, a traditional refreshing aromatic yogurt dip – tzatziki - with herds from the garden, and a fresh seasonal salad.

During your cooking lesson entertain yourself with some local delicacies and appetizers seeping happily the famous local spirit called Tsipouro.
