Description - What to expect

Say hello to a bunch of barking huskies that are ready for action (but still very friendly). Take a husky tour and drive the dog sled into the white landscapes, an uninhabited forest landscape surrounded by majestic mountains.

On arrival at our wilderness camp, you'll receive outdoor clothes and boots to keep you warm during your stay. Experienced mushers will provide instructions about how to drive a dog team. You will be driving in pairs, one driver and one passenger on each sled, with the opportunity to switch places halfway.

After your husky tour, visit the Tromsø Ice Domes set among high mountains in the beautiful Tamok Valley. Tromsø Ice Domes are built every year as the Polar Night approaches. At the Ice Domes, you will join a guided tour and learn about the construction process of the ice hotel and the impact the snow has on the survival of the Arctic animals.

There will be time to walk around freely and ask the experienced guide questions, as well as admire the unique snow and ice art carved by professional artists. A non-alcoholic ice shot at the stunning ice bar is complimentary. Take the opportunity to see a small group of reindeer at the Tromsø Ice Domes before you depart.
