Description - What to expect

Take a private Balos boat trip and travel in a sporty, comfortable, and high-class style with premium service by our experienced skipper onboard our 9,5 meters powerboat. Escape the ordinary boat tours and discover Cretan's gleaming seas like never before. Discover some of the most beautiful and unspoiled secret beaches on Northwest Crete.

Leaving Chania harbour we are enjoying the ride while heading to secluded bays. After about an hour we reach Balos Lagoon - before the big ferries arrive - so we can peacefully enjoy a refreshing break in the majestic blue lagoon.

After Balos, continue to Gramvousa Island and the small port of Gramvousa with the famous castle built in 1579 by the Venetians at the highest point of the island, on top of a steep, 137-metre-high rock. Its majestic beauty combined with the panoramic view of Balos lagoon and the legend of hidden pirate treasure linked to it, are good reasons to put on comfortable shoes and take the 20-minute walk that will get you up to the top (optional).

Don't miss another swim in the amazing crystalline waters. Leaving the Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon we follow the same route back close to the Rocky Mountains where the views are breathtaking until we return to Chania's old harbour.
