Description - What to expect

Meet your energetic instructor and have a unique cooking experience at the heart of the Japanese capital. First, learn how to make "shari" or "sumeshi" and then try yourself to mix vinegar specially blended for sushi and freshly cooked rice. ​Your will using premium ingredients for your sushi class.​

Learn authentic recipes to make sushi and how to use ingredients such as gourmet, extra fatty tuna, or sweet and almost creamy, fresh, red shrimp on your own. At the end of your class receive a certificate with your name on it to proudly show back home!
