Description - What to expect
Your 6-hour Alesund activities - sea kayaking & hiking tour starts from Notenesgata in Ålesund city, with a safety briefing and all necessary preparations including receiving the mandatory kayaking equipment. You will paddle through Brosundet before crossing Aspevågen south of Ålesund city rounding Slinnings Point, home of the famous Slinnings Bonfire, and pull the kayaks to shore at Hessa where we start our hike towards Sukkertoppen summit.Sukkertoppen Hike, also known as the Sugar Top hike will bring you to a vantage point that offers the best views of the city and its surroundings. At the top, you will have a complete 360-degree view of the majestic fjords that Norway is known for where the ocean meets the coast, the Sunnmøre Alps, and the city of Ålesund itself.
