Lithies eco-farm is set inside an organic farm, located at the beautiful village of Vassilikos, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is a place with impressive natural beauty and is ideal for nature lovers and families that want to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and share with the owners authentic farming experiences. Vassilikos is an unspoiled area featuring some of the best beaches of the whole of Zakynthos.

About the property

Set amidst a 55.000-m2 organic farm of olive groves and vineyards, lies Lithies Farm Houses, just 800 m from the beach, in the village of Vassilikos. It features self-catering accommodation with a balcony. Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the garden, or the mountain, Lithies guesthouses are fitted with stylish furniture, an air-conditioned unit, a fridge, and a stove. A washing machine is also available. Each unit is featuring a kitchen with a dining area. Greek and Mediterranean flavors, prepared with organic ingredients, accompanied by local wine, are served daily at the on-site restaurant.

We offer a whole range of activities for our guests. You can watch how we make honey and if you are staying with us at the right season, you can also see how we produce our precious olive oil and wine.
Our eco-farm farm is a member of the organic farming program in the area of the national sea park of Zakynthos.
Our Guesthouses are set close to a forested area perfect for hiking.

Vassilikos village

The family farm and Lithies houses are located in the center of Vassilikos which is in the south of Zakynthos, within the borders of the National Park of Zakynthos.

A supermarket is very close too (200m), so everything you could wish for is nearby.
We are ideally placed for hiking and pleasant walks in the stunning surroundings and we have maps available outlining suggested walking routes. Not only are we set in a beautiful forest location, we are also near superb beaches the nearest being St. Nikolas, only 800 m away.

Vassilikos boasts the best beaches on the island, such as Saint Nikolas, Plaka beach, Banana, Mavratzi, Porto Roma, Kavouritsi, Gerakas, Porto Zoro, and Daphne/Mela.
