Description - What to expect

After being picked up from Tromso city center, you’ll board a coach for a 25-minute drive to the reindeer camp, a traditional farm placed in Tromso’s frozen wastelands. On arrival, your local guide will introduce you to the traditional Sami lifestyle and culture and will make sure that you get a glimpse of life in the Arctic.

Your Tromso Reindeer sledding adventure starts with a reindeer feeding session. After getting used to these noble creatures, you’ll board a sled for an exciting sledding ride of approximately 15 minutes, enjoying the magnificent landscape around the frozen valley.
