Description - What to expect
Your Pyrenees snowshoeing adventure starts with a pick-up from Barcelona. Meet your guide and hop on a comfortable AC Minivan for a 2-hour drive to the Pyrenees mountains. On your way enjoy the truly alpine scenery and marvel at the high-altitude mountain picks.Once you arrive at the starting point for your snowshoeing experience, get equipped, and have a briefing on how to use the snowshoes. Your instructor will make sure you are comfortable and ready to explore the mountains. When you feel confident start walking on the fresh snow and immerse yourself in a truly alpine landscape. The distance you will hike will be around 6 km depending on the group.
