Free Cancellation
Cancellation Deadline: Bookings for group participation tours must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this time frame.Cancellation Charges: Should the client choose to cancel their booking, the following charges will apply:
- 24 hours or more before departure: Retention of the deposit.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
Tour Cancellation by Uncharted Escapes: If a tour is canceled due to insufficient participants or adverse weather conditions, Uncharted Escapes will issue a full refund for all payments made.
