Enjoy a relaxed Sunday afternoon, hands-on, family-style cooking class. During your cooking class, you'll create a feast of Greece's true favorites before enjoying your dinner with drinks and the company.

What to expect

Get welcomed to your Greek family-style cooking class with a homemade Rakomelo, a Cretan spirit sweetened with local thyme honey, a great way to get to know your host and start your cooking class. Once settled, enjoy a hands-on cooking class experience, working with your fellow guests or as an individual to prepare the dinner under the instructions of your experienced cook. During your cooking class, you will learn to make:

Baked feta cheese with honey and sesame
Grilled Florina peppers stuffed with cheese and herbs
Spetsofai, a mildly spicy sausage casserole from the Pelion region of Greece
Lahanodolmades, cabbage leaves rolled around minced beef and fragrant rice in avgolemono egg and lemon sauce
Baklava with locally produced vanilla ice cream

As soon as dinner is cooked, you will all sit down to indulge in your creations along with included wine, beer, and soft drinks followed by a dessert and a cup of delicious mountain tea. You won't leave before you receive your Greek cooking class participation certificate.
