This center was established in June 2016. The center provides information on Mt Fuji's outstanding universal value to many people visiting the World Heritage site Fujisan.
◾ Mt Fuji 5th Station
Mt. Fuji attracts hikers and climbers from all over the world, and most of them start their hike at the 5th station, halfway up the mountain. Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is a popular sightseeing spot also for those not climbing the mountain. The observation area has views of Fujiyoshida and Lake Yamanaka at Komitake Shrine, behind the shopping area. You will have your lunch here.
◾ Lake Kawaguchi
Enjoy the stunning view of Mt Fuji from the Kawaguchiko Ohashi bridge built over Lake Kawaguchi.
◾ Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway ~Kachikachiyama Ropeway~
The ropeway is the best way to see Mt Fuji without having to climb it. You can choose to walk up the mount or take the cable car.
