Your full-day excursion to the historic city of Petra starts with a pick up from your hotel and a 2.5-hour drive through the desert highway. Upon your arrival, get assisted by your driver and get your entrance tickets to the impressive ancient city.Hire an experienced local guide for a personalized experience inside Petra and spend your time visiting all major attractions and learn about the city’s founding. Walk Al Siq, a narrow canyon, and admire the famous Grecian-style façade of Al Khazneh. Learn from your guide all details of the fascinating history of the Nabateans who built the city out of rocks.
After about 4-hour touring of Petra, meet your driver at the exit and have lunch at a local restaurant before your return trip back to Amman.
