Description - What to expect

Take a private day tour to visit two of the best Casablanca Valley wineries to experience the real essence of the Chilean countryside, and visit impressive vineyards for some fun and relaxing time. Your Casablanca Valley wineries tour starts with a pick-up from your hotel and a comfortable ride to Attilio & Mochi Vineyard, a small boutique winery to enjoy a personalized tour by the vineyard’s owners followed by a tasting of their premium quality wines.

Continue your ride along Casablanca Valley to reach your second destination, Matetic, a beautifully located vineyard in the Rosario Valley, between indigenous and exotic forests, with sheep and alpacas grazing on the hillsides. This is the perfect place to learn all about the history of the vineyard, organic and biodynamic agriculture, and the process of winemaking while enjoying panoramic views of the Corralillo vines. See the tank rooms, the beautiful, peaceful aging room, and the architecture of the winery. The Casablanca Valley wineries tour ends with a wine tasting, either in the underground tasting room or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the vines.

After the wine tasting, continue your journey to Pomaire, famed for its interesting clay pottery and other handicrafts. Browse small shops full of artisan treasures, observe local artists, and find the best buys for souvenirs, including ponchos, sombreros, and beautiful handmade lapiz lazuli jewelry. You can also try some delicious traditional Chilean food. Pomaire is also known for being the home of the largest empanadas in Chile.
