Start your canoeing into the rich waters of the Pineios and experience a wealth of birds nestling at the banks of the river, including, herons and cormorants. Paddle past the picturesque port of Palaiopyrgos, a shelter for all the fishing boats in the region, and get a perfect view of the small islands at the mouth of Pineios delta.

Continue paddling for about three hundred meters out to the sea along a large sandy beach to reach the port of Stomio or Agiokampos, a spot ideal for lunch. Taste some delicious barbecue and complimentary Greek wine. Your Pineios canoeing trip will last approximately 1.30 hours, alternatively
