Your full-day Istanbul sightseeing tour starts with a pickup from your hotel at approximately 9.00. Begin your Istanbul sightseeing with a visit to the magnificent Hagia Sophia, originally an ancient basilica built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century. Get amazed by the grandeur of design and unsurpassed architecture. Next, explore the Topkapı Palace, the royal palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries. The palace houses an excellent collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes are worn by the sultans, and the Holy Mantle, enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed.



Continue your Istanbul sightseeing with a visit to the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, known as the Blue Mosque because of its noble interior decor of blue Iznik tiles. You will also have the chance to visit the ancient hippodrome and see the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine.
